저는 약 7~8년 전에 lottowin7에 가입에 지금까지 수천불의 로또를 당 사이트에서 구매해온 사용자입니다. 제가 얼마전 폴강님이 올린 해외에서 온라인으로 구매해도 문제없다는 글을 보고 답글을 달아 문의했지만 답이 없어, 당 업체 말고 California 에 있는 동종 업체 사이트에서 본 미국내 lottery 공식 사이트 중 California lottery 공식 사이트에 문의 했습니다. 미국내 있는 로또 구매 대행업체에 구입시 상금을 받을 수 있는지 문의를 해서 받은 답장입니다. 해당 건은 무척 중요한 사항이기에 공식적인 귀사의 답변을 부탁드립니다. I would like to hear official answer from you. 답변 Dear Steve, It is not necessary to be a California resident, or a US citizen to play and win any of the California Lottery's games. However, California Lottery products may only be lawfully purchased from authorized Lottery retailers located in California. The Lottery does not sell tickets online or via postal mail. The California Lottery is not associated with any person or entity that offers to purchase tickets on behalf of players. There is NO GUARANTEE that these parties will actually purchase any tickets or turn over winning tickets to players. Additionally it may be illegal for a party to purchase any lottery product and then charge an additional fee to resell the lottery product to someone else.
